These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FullSwing website at full-swing.golf and your participation in the FullSwing waitlist and membership programme. By accessing the site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Waitlist & Pre-Launch

FullSwing is currently in pre-launch. Submitting the waitlist form does not constitute a purchase, contract, or guarantee of membership. It registers your interest and grants priority access when the service launches.

We reserve the right to limit the number of Founding Member spots available. Waitlist position does not guarantee access.

3. Membership

Full membership terms, pricing, and conditions will be published prior to the official launch of FullSwing. By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that:

• Membership tiers, pricing, and features described on this site are indicative and subject to change
• No binding membership agreement exists until formal terms are accepted and payment is processed at launch
• Founding Member pricing, where offered, will be locked at the rate confirmed at time of purchase

You agree to use the FullSwing website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
